The current IPC Associate Director for Research, Ma. Elissa Jayme-Lao successfully defended her dissertation, "A Formative Evaluation of Assistance to Nationals Service Delivery: Optimizing Key
Factors and Increasing Synergy at Post" last August 2010. She now holds a doctoral degree in Public Administration from the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines-Diliman. Dr. Lao finished her Master in International Studies degree also from UP-Diliman. Congratulations Dr. Lao!
