Mainstreaming Gender and Diversity in the Loyola Schools: Perspectives, practices, and prospects

The study aims to systematically examine the relationships between women and men at the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) including the forms of inequalities, and power differences between them. The project has the following specific objectives:

(1) To examine the current state of gender and diversity in the Loyola Schools (faculty, non-teaching personnel, utility workers, students);
(2) To measure gender responsiveness and sensitivity in the Loyola Schools via research, curriculum development, extension; and
(3) To identify structures, mechanisms and processes that support gender mainstreaming in the University (policies and guidelines).
